  • The system requires a four-wire connection between the outdoor unit and each indoor unit.
  • For distances up to 20 meters, standard wiring may suffice. For longer distances, up to a theoretical maximum of 30 meters, it is recommended to use a multi-strand cable with a cross-section of at least 0.75mm² to maintain sound quality.
  • Ensure proper polarity for all connections. Refer to the wiring diagram provided in the packaging for detailed connection points.

5.2 Mounting the Outdoor Unit

  1. Choose a suitable location for the outdoor unit, typically near the entrance, at a height that allows the camera to capture visitors' faces clearly.
  2. Mark the drilling points for mounting the outdoor unit. A drilling template is not included, so careful measurement is required.
  3. Drill holes, insert wall plugs, and secure the outdoor unit using the provided screws.
  4. Connect the wiring from the indoor units and the power supply to the outdoor unit.

5.3 Mounting the Indoor Units

  1. Select a convenient indoor location for each monitor, away from direct heat or moisture.
  2. Mark and drill mounting holes, then secure the indoor unit bracket to the wall.
  3. Connect the four-wire cable from the outdoor unit to the indoor unit.
  4. Attach the indoor unit to its bracket.

  • The outdoor unit is powered by the included power adapter (typically 15V). Connect this adapter to a suitable power outlet.
  • It is recommended to install the power adapter in a protected indoor location, as it is not designed for outdoor exposure.

5.5 Door Opener Connection

  • The system supports connection to an electric door opener. The door opener connects directly to the outdoor unit.
  • Note on Security: Connecting the door opener directly to the outdoor unit may present a security vulnerability if the outdoor unit is compromised. Consider additional security measures for your door.

6. Umarnin Aiki

6.1 Karɓar Kira

  1. When a visitor presses a call button on the outdoor unit, the corresponding indoor unit will ring, and the monitor will automatically display the video feed from the outdoor camera.
  2. Lift the handset to begin two-way communication with the visitor.
  3. Press the "Talk" button on the indoor unit to speak. Release to listen.

6.2 Buɗe Kofa

  • During a call, press the "Door Release" button on the indoor unit to activate the electric door opener.
  • The door will typically remain unlocked for approximately 7 seconds before automatically re-locking.

6.3 Monitoring Outside

  • Zuwa view the outdoor camera feed without a visitor calling, press the "Monitor" button on the indoor unit.
  • You can also initiate two-way communication by lifting the handset and pressing the "Talk" button while monitoring.
  • Lura: Only one indoor unit can actively monitor or communicate at a time. If one unit is in use, the other will be temporarily unavailable for monitoring.

  • Ringtone Repetition: On the back of the indoor unit, locate the DIP switch. This switch allows you to select between 2 or 6 ringtone repetitions when a call is received.
  • Handset Volume: A small adjustable wheel on the indoor unit (often near the DIP switch) controls the volume of the handset audio.
  • Ƙarar Sautin ringi: The ringtone volume has three possible settings. Even at the lowest setting, the ringtone can be quite loud.
