This helmet is certified to meet safety standards STM F2040-11 / ASTM F1446, EN 1077, and EN 1078 for bike, skate, and ski use. Always inspect your helmet for damage before each use. 1. Sizing Your Helmet

To determine the correct helmet size, measure the circumference of your head. Wrap a measuring tape around your head, positioning it just above your ears and keeping it level around the widest part of your head. Refer to the sizing chart below to select the appropriate size.

2. Adjusting for a Custom Fit

  1. Insert Pads: The helmet comes with two sets of interchangeable inner pads of varying thickness. Choose the set that provides a snug, comfortable fit without excessive pressure points. The pads attach with hook-and-loop fasteners inside the helmet.
  2. Matsayi: Place the helmet squarely on your head, ensuring it covers your forehead. It should not be tilted back or forward.
