  • POWER (USB-C): Dedicated USB-C port for power supply.
  • USB 2.0 (USB-C): USB-C port for data transfer to your computer. Can also supply power when connected to a PC.
  • MAIN OUT (L & R): Two 1/4" TRS mono jacks for connecting to studio monitors or other playback systems.

5. Saita

5.1 Tsarin Bukatun

The MOOER Steep I is compatible with Windows 10 and above. It also works with Mac computers (Mini, Macbook Air) and various DAWs like ProTools, Logic Pro, and Garageband.

  1. Connect the provided USB-C to USB-A cable from the Kebul na USB 2.0 port on the Steep I to an available USB port on your computer.
  2. If your computer cannot provide sufficient power, connect an external USB power adapter (not included) to the WUTA USB-C port on the Steep I.
  3. The Power LED on the front panel will illuminate when the device is powered on.

For Windows users, it is recommended to download and install the latest ASIO drivers from the official MOOER website for optimal performance and low latency. Mac users typically do not require additional driver installation as the device is class-compliant.

5.4 Connecting Inputs

  • Channel 1 (INST/LINE): Connect your guitar, bass, or other line-level instrument using a 1/4" TS/TRS cable.
  • Channel 2 (MIC/LINE/INST): Connect a microphone using an XLR cable, or an instrument/line-level device using a 1/4" TS/TRS cable.

5.5 Connecting Outputs

If you are using a condenser microphone with the MIC/LINE/INST (Channel 2) input, press the 48V button to supply +48V phantom power. Ensure your microphone requires phantom power before activating this feature. Dynamic microphones do not require phantom power.

6.4 Direct Monitoring

Danna maɓallin S.DRCT button to enable direct monitoring. This allows you to hear your input signal directly through your headphones or main outputs with zero latency, which is crucial for recording. Use the Mix knob to balance the direct input signal with the playback from your computer (e.g., backing tracks).

6.5 Headphone Monitoring

Adjust the headphone listening level using the MURYA knob located next to the PHONES jack.

Control the overall playback volume to your studio monitors using the Babban Fita dunƙule.

6.7 Software Integration (DAWs)

Once connected and drivers are installed (if necessary), select the MOOER Steep I as your audio input and output device within your Digital Audio Workstation (DAW) software (e.g., Ableton Live, FL Studio, Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Garageband). Refer to your DAW's manual for specific instructions on audio device selection.

7. Kulawa

To clean the unit, use a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents. Ensure the unit is disconnected from power before cleaning.
