1. Gabatarwa da Ƙarsheview
The RWRAPS W2R series dual-power automatic transfer switch is a micro household power transfer switch designed to ensure continuous power supply. This switch automatically detects the status of the normal power source and, if abnormal, seamlessly transfers to the spare power source. This mechanism guarantees the continuity, reliability, and safety of your power supply system.
Specifically designed for household orbit-type installation, it is ideal for use in Din-Rail power distribution boxes. The W2R Series ATS is suitable for emergency power supply systems with 50 or 60Hz alternating current, rated up to 400V and 100A. It features a compact structure, reliable transfer capabilities, convenient installation and maintenance, and a long operational lifespan. This device is crucial for applications where continuous power is essential and power failure is not permissible. It supports both electrical and manual operation and complies with the requirements of Low-Voltage switchgear and control gear as specified by IEC 60947-6-1.

Before installation or operation, please read and understand all safety warnings and instructions. Failure to do so may result in electric shock, fire, serious injury, or death.
- Ma'aikata Masu cancanta: Installation and maintenance must be performed by qualified electricians only.
- Kashe Haɗin Wuta: Always disconnect all power sources before working on the ATS or connected equipment. Verify that power is off using a voltage gwajin.
- Tushen Da Ya dace: Ensure the ATS and all connected equipment are properly grounded according to local electrical codes.
- Yanayin Muhalli: Do not install the ATS in wet, humid, or explosive environments. Ensure adequate ventilation.
- Madaidaicin Waya: Follow the wiring diagrams precisely. Incorrect wiring can lead to equipment damage or safety hazards.
- Kariya na yau da kullun: Ensure appropriate overcurrent protection devices are installed upstream of the ATS.
5. Saita da Shigarwa
The RWRAPS LW2R-100 ATS is designed for Din-Rail mounting within a power distribution box. Ensure the installation location is dry, well-ventilated, and free from corrosive gases or excessive dust.

5.2 Haɗawa
- Ensure all power is disconnected from the distribution box.
- Locate an available section of the Din-Rail within the distribution box.
- Align the ATS with the Din-Rail and press firmly until the mounting clip engages securely.
- Verify that the ATS is firmly attached and does not wobble.
5.3 Haɗin Waya
Refer to the labels on the device for correct terminal identification. The ATS typically has two main power inputs (Normal Power A and Reverse Power B) and one load output.
- Normal Power A (Solar Energy/Main Power): Connect the primary power source (e.g., solar inverter output) to the terminals labeled 'Normal Power A'.
- Reverse Power B (City Power/Backup Power): Connect the secondary or backup power source (e.g., grid power or generator) to the terminals labeled 'Reverse Power B'.
- Load Output: Connect the electrical load (e.g., household circuits) to the output terminals.
- Signal Output (Optional): If desired, connect a signal indicator light to the built-in standby opening signal output port for remote status monitoring.
Ensure all connections are tight and secure. Double-check all wiring against local electrical codes and the device's specific wiring diagram before restoring power.
6. Umarnin Aiki
The RWRAPS LW2R-100 ATS offers both automatic and manual operation modes.
6.1 Yanayin atomatik
- Set the selector switch on the front of the ATS to the 'Auto' position.
- Restore power to both Normal Power A and Reverse Power B sources.
- The ATS will automatically detect the presence of Normal Power A and connect the load to it.
- If Normal Power A becomes abnormal or fails, the ATS will automatically switch the load to Reverse Power B.
- When Normal Power A is restored and stable, the ATS will automatically switch the load back to Normal Power A.
6.2 Yanayin Manhaja
Manual operation allows you to override the automatic function and select the desired power source directly.
- Set the selector switch on the front of the ATS to the 'Manual' position.
- Use the rotary handle to manually select between 'Normal Power A' (I) or 'Reverse Power B' (II).
- Ensure the switch is fully engaged in the desired position.
- Tsanaki: Always ensure the load can handle the selected power source's characteristics (voltage, frequency) before manual transfer.
7. Kulawa
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and reliable operation of your RWRAPS LW2R-100 ATS.
- Dubawa na lokaci-lokaci: Annually inspect the ATS for any signs of physical damage, loose connections, or discoloration due to overheating.
- Tsaftacewa: With power disconnected, gently clean any dust or debris from the unit using a soft, dry cloth or compressed air. Do not use liquid cleaners.
- Tsantsin Tasha: Periodically check and tighten all terminal screws to ensure good electrical contact.
- Gwajin Aiki: Periodically test the automatic transfer function by simulating a failure of the normal power source (e.g., by temporarily disconnecting it, if safe to do so). Observe if the switch transfers correctly to the backup power.
- Contact Inspection: If accessible and safe, inspect the silver contacts for excessive wear or pitting. This should only be done by qualified personnel.
