3. Saita Umarnin
Follow these steps to properly attach the quick release plate to your camera and then to your tripod head.
- Attach to Camera:
Locate the 1/4-inch screw on the quick release plate. Align the screw with the tripod mount thread on the bottom of your camera. Turn the screw clockwise until the plate is securely fastened to the camera. Ensure the plate is tight but do not overtighten.

- Mount to Tripod Head:
Ensure your tripod head's quick release clamp is open. Slide the camera with the attached quick release plate into the tripod head's clamp. Listen for a click or visually confirm that the plate is fully seated and locked into place. Some tripod heads may require tightening a lever or knob to secure the plate.

To remove your camera from the tripod, locate the quick release lever or button on your tripod head. Engage the release mechanism, and carefully slide the camera with the attached plate out of the clamp. Always support your camera when releasing it from the tripod to prevent accidental drops.
