The AT1-4000X Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) is designed to provide precise speed control for 3-phase 4kW AC motors, operating from a single-phase 220V AC input. This VFD utilizes a unique control method to achieve high torque, high accuracy, and a wide speed regulating range, ensuring high performance in various applications.

  • Always ensure the power supply is disconnected before performing any wiring or maintenance.
  • Never connect the U/V/W output terminals to the AC power supply. Doing so will cause severe damage to the inverter.
  • Do not install the inverter in environments with flammable or explosive gases, as this poses a risk of explosion.
  • The ground terminal (GND) of the inverter must be properly and securely grounded.
  • Only qualified professionals should perform internal wiring or open the inverter's casing due to the presence of high voltage.

3.1 Control Panel

5. Saita

Before proceeding with installation and wiring, ensure all safety precautions are understood and followed. Installation should be performed by qualified personnel.

5.1 Muhallin Shigarwa

  • Install the VFD in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area.
  • Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, excessive humidity, and dusty environments.
  • Ensure there is sufficient space around the unit for proper heat dissipation.
  • Do not install near flammable or explosive materials.

5.2 Umarnin Waya

The VFD is designed for simple wiring. Always ensure the power supply is OFF before connecting any wires. Connect wires after removing the terminal screws.

6. Umarnin Aiki

Once the VFD is correctly installed and wired, you can begin operation. Familiarize yourself with the control panel functions.

6.1 Basic Aiki

  1. Kunna Wuta: Ensure all connections are secure, then apply single-phase 220V AC power to the L and N terminals. The VFD display should illuminate.
  2. Fara Motar: Danna maɓallin RUN button to start the motor. The FWD or REV indicator will light up depending on the current direction setting.
  3. Adjust Frequency/Speed: Use the rotary knob to adjust the output frequency, which in turn controls the motor speed. The display will show the current frequency (Hz) or RPM (r/min).
  4. Canja Hanyar: Danna maɓallin FWD/REV button to toggle the motor's rotation direction.
  5. Tsayar da Mota: Danna maɓallin STOP/RESET button to stop the motor.

6.2 Parameter Programming

The PROG kuma FUNC/DATA buttons, along with the arrow keys (, ), are used to access and modify various operating parameters. Refer to the detailed programming manual (if available) for specific parameter settings relevant to your application.

  • Latsa PROG to enter or exit programming mode.
