- Shirya Wayoyi: If necessary, strip approximately 1/2 inch (12-13 mm) of insulation from the ends of the wires. Ensure wires are straight and free of nicks.
- Connect Wires to New Receptacle:
- Connect the bare copper or green ground wire to the green grounding screw.
- Connect the white (neutral) wire(s) to the silver terminal screw(s).
- Connect the black (hot) wire(s) to the brass terminal screw(s).
- Tighten all terminal screws firmly. Ensure no bare wire is exposed beyond the terminal screws.

- Mount Receptacle: Carefully fold the wires into the electrical box. Insert the new receptacle into the box and secure it with the provided mounting screws. Use the plaster ears for flush alignment.
