This document provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your new coffee machine. Please read this manual thoroughly before initial use and keep it for future reference.
The Bravilor Bonamat Novo is a quick filter machine designed for locations without a direct water connection, capable of producing approximately 144 cups (18 litres) of coffee per hour. It is supplied with two glass decanters, each with a capacity of 1.5 litres.
2. Umarnin Tsaro

- Amfani Da Kyau: Use the machine only for its intended purpose of brewing coffee. Do not operate the machine if it is damaged or malfunctioning. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.

- Glass Decanters: Two 1.5-litre capacity jugs for collecting and serving coffee.
- Kunnawa/Kashewa: Controls the power to the machine and initiates the brewing cycle.
4. Saita

- Haɗin Wuta: Plug the machine into a suitable 230V, 9.2 Amp single-phase grounded power outlet.
5. Umarnin Aiki
Follow these steps to brew coffee with your Bravilor Bonamat Novo:
- Shirya Tace: Place a new filter paper (e.g., 90/250mm) into the filter holder.
- Coara Kofi: Add the desired amount of ground coffee into the filter paper. A general guideline is 60 grams of coffee per litre of water, but adjust to taste.
- Place Decanter: Ensure a clean glass decanter is placed correctly on the brewing plate beneath the filter holder. If brewing a second batch, place the second decanter on the upper warming plate.
- Cika Tafkin Ruwa: Open the lid of the water reservoir and carefully pour fresh, cold drinking water into it. The machine has a capacity of 1.5 litres per brewing cycle. Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
- Fara Brewing: Close the water reservoir lid. Press the On/Off switch to start the brewing process. The machine will begin heating the water and dispensing it over the coffee grounds.
- Brewing Time: A full decanter of coffee will typically brew in approximately 5 minutes.
- Yin Hidima: Once brewing is complete, the machine will automatically switch to a warming function to keep the coffee hot. Carefully remove the decanter by its handle to serve.
