4. Aiki
4.1 Pre-Operation Checks
- Ensure the mixer is on a firm, level surface.
- Check that all electrical connections are secure and the power cord is undamaged.
- Verify that the drum is clean and free of debris from previous use.
- Confirm that the tilting mechanism operates smoothly.
4.2 Tsarin Haɗawa
- Matsayi: Place the mixer in a suitable location, ensuring adequate space for loading and unloading.
- Kunna Wuta: Plug the mixer into a suitable power outlet and switch it on. The drum should begin to rotate.
- Kayayyakin Lodawa: With the drum rotating, gradually add the required ingredients (water, cement, sand, aggregate) in the recommended order for your mix. Typically, a small amount of water is added first, followed by cement, then sand and aggregate, with the remaining water added as needed.

- Hadawa: Allow the materials to mix thoroughly until a consistent, lump-free concrete or mortar is achieved. The internal paddles ensure effective blending.

- Kashe Wuta: After unloading, switch off the mixer and unplug it from the power source.
4.3 Mixing Tips
- Do not overload the mixer beyond its 180L capacity. Overloading can strain the motor and reduce mixing efficiency.
- For optimal mixing, ensure the drum is rotating before adding materials.
- Adjust the drum angle for best mixing results and ease of loading/unloading.
