Before first use, fully charge the VECTOR SS6LV unit. It is recommended to fully charge the unit every 3 to 6 months to maintain optimal battery health, even if not in use.
- Connect the USB Charging Cable to the unit's USB-C port.
- Connect the other end of the USB Charging Cable to either the AC Charging Adapter (for wall outlet) or the DC Charging Adapter (for vehicle 12V accessory outlet).
- Plug the chosen adapter into its respective power source. The battery indicator lights on the unit will illuminate to show charging progress.
- Charging is complete when all indicator lights are solid blue.
Connecting for Jump Start
Ensure the vehicle's ignition is off before connecting the jump starter.
- Locate the battery terminals in your vehicle. The positive terminal is usually marked with a "+" sign and covered by a red cap. The negative terminal is marked with a "-" sign.
- Haɗa ja (tabbatacce) clamp of the Smart Controller to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Haɗa baƙar fata (mara kyau) clamp of the Smart Controller to a clean, unpainted metal part of the vehicle's chassis or engine block, away from the battery and moving parts. Alternatively, connect to the negative (-) terminal of the battery if safe to do so.
- Plug the Smart Controller cable into the "ENGINE START" port on the VECTOR SS6LV unit. The Smart Controller will indicate readiness (e.g., a solid green light).

- If the vehicle does not start, wait at least 30 seconds before attempting again. Do not exceed three consecutive jump start attempts.
