The ResMed AirFit F30i Frame System is a component of the ResMed AirFit F30i full face CPAP mask, designed to provide comfort and freedom during CPAP therapy. This frame system features a top-of-head tube connection, which helps keep the air tubing out of the way, allowing for greater movement during sleep. It is engineered to fit various facial shapes and sizes, ensuring a secure and customized fit. The mask cushion is designed to sit under the nose, aiming to reduce discomfort and red marks on the nasal bridge.

2. Bayanin Tsaro

  • Keep the mask magnets at a safe distance of at least 6 inches (150 mm) away from implants or medical devices that may be adversely affected by magnetic interference. This warning applies to the user or anyone in close physical contact with the mask.
  • The magnets are located in the frame and lower headgear clips, with a magnetic field strength of up to 400mT. While designed to secure the mask, they may inadvertently detach during sleep.

Contraindications:

Masks with magnetic components are contraindicated for use by patients who, or anyone in close physical contact while using the mask, have the following:

4. Operating the Mask System

Once the ResMed AirFit F30i Frame System is properly fitted and connected to your CPAP machine, it operates by delivering pressurized air through the cushion to maintain an open airway during sleep. The top-of-head tubing design minimizes facial contact and allows for various sleeping positions without interference from the hose.

Ensure the mask forms a gentle but effective seal around your nose and mouth area. If you experience air leaks, readjust the headgear straps. The magnetic clips facilitate easy attachment and detachment of the headgear from the frame.
