4. Saita
- Shirya: Carefully remove the griddle and all accessories from the packaging. Retain packaging for storage or disposal.
- Duba: Check the griddle for any signs of damage. Do not use if damaged.

- A Shirye Don Girki: The indicator light will turn off when the selected temperature is reached. It will cycle on and off during cooking to maintain the temperature.
