3. Operating the Chipolo Card Point
3.1 Finding a Misplaced Item
- Play a Sound: Open the Google Find My Device app, select your Chipolo Card Point, and tap 'Play sound'. The device will ring with a 105dB melody to help you locate it.
- Pinpoint Location with Distance Meter: If you are within Bluetooth range but cannot hear the sound, use the animated distance meter feature in the app to guide you to the exact location of your Chipolo Card Point.
- Check Location on a Map: If your Chipolo Card Point is out of Bluetooth range, the app will display its last known location on a map. The Google Find My Device network, composed of millions of Android devices, helps update its location anonymously.
