Follow these steps to set up your new Klarstein pedal bin:
- Unpack the Bin: Carefully remove all packaging materials from the bin and its components. Inspect for any damage during transit.
- Position the Bin: Place the bin in your desired location, ensuring it is on a flat, stable surface. Allow sufficient space for the lids to open fully and for the pedal mechanism to operate without obstruction.
- Insert Inner Buckets: Place the two smaller 15L inner buckets into the top compartments. Insert the larger 15L inner bucket into the bottom compartment. Ensure they are seated correctly.
- Attach Trash Bags: Line each inner bucket with appropriate-sized trash bags. Fold the edges of the bags over the rim of the inner buckets to secure them.

Using the Top Compartments (Pedal & Push-Button)
- Aikin Feda: To open the lids of the top two compartments, gently press the foot pedal located at the base of the bin. The lids will open simultaneously. Release the pedal to allow the lids to close softly.
- Manual Push-Button Operation: For quick access without using the pedal, you can also press the small push-buttons located on the front edge of each top lid. Pressing a button will open the corresponding lid. Push the lid down manually to close it.
- Dispose of waste into the appropriate inner bucket.
Using the Bottom Compartment (Pull-Out Drawer)
- To access the bottom compartment, pull the handle located on the front of the lower section. The drawer will slide out smoothly.
- Dispose of recyclables or other designated waste into the inner bucket.
- Push the drawer back in until it is fully closed.

Regular cleaning will keep your Klarstein pedal bin hygienic and looking new.

- Lid and Pedal Mechanism: Periodically check the lid hinges and pedal mechanism for any debris or obstructions. Clean with a damp cloth if necessary. Do not lubricate the mechanism unless specifically instructed by Klarstein support.
- Sarrafa wari: To minimize odors, empty the bin regularly and clean the inner buckets as needed. Baking soda can be placed at the bottom of the inner buckets (under the trash bag) to absorb odors.
