2. Kayan Samfura

3. Saita
3.1 Shigar da Baturi
The Prowler unit operates on 4 AA alkaline batteries (not included). For optimal performance in cold weather, Lithium AA batteries are recommended. The remote control requires one 9-volt battery (not included).
- Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the Prowler unit.
- Open the compartment and insert 4 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
- For the remote, locate the battery compartment on the back.
- Insert one 9-volt battery, observing polarity.
- Securely close both battery compartments.

3.2 Fadada Eriya
For optimal remote control range and signal reception, always extend the antenna on the remote control before operation.
4. Umarnin Aiki
4.1 Kunnawa
- Locate the power switch on the Prowler unit and slide it to the 'ON' position.
- Press the power button on the remote control to turn it on. The LCD screen will illuminate.
4.2 Sound Selection and Playback
The remote control allows for easy navigation and selection of sounds.
- Use the 'Scroll Up' and 'Scroll Down' buttons to navigate through sound categories (e.g., Coyote, Fox, Rabbit, Bird).
- Once a category is selected, continue scrolling to browse individual sounds within that category.
- Press the 'Play/Select' button to play the selected sound.
- Adjust the volume using the 'Vol Up' and 'Vol Down' buttons.
- To mute the sound, press the 'Mute' button. Press again to unmute.
4.3 Customizing User Buttons
The 'User 1' and 'User 2' buttons on the remote are customizable for quick access to favorite sound selections, decoy on/off functions (with compatible decoys), backlight control, stand timer reset, and recall.
4.4 Adding Sounds
The Prowler features a mini-USB port for adding additional sounds. Refer to the FOXPRO website or software for instructions on how to download and transfer new sounds to your unit.

5. Kulawa

- Keep the unit and remote clean and free from dirt, dust, and moisture.
