Assembly typically requires two adults. No additional tools are required beyond what is provided or commonly available household tools (e.g., wrench for tightening bolts).
- Step 1: Assemble the Roof Frame. Connect the appropriate galvanized steel poles and connecting pipes to form the roof structure. Ensure all connections are snug.
- Step 2: Connect the Vertical Posts. Attach the vertical steel poles to the roof frame using the designated connecting pipes. Form the basic skeletal structure of the shed.
- Step 3: Secure the Base. Install the L-type ground pegs and base plates to anchor the shed frame to the ground. This provides stability against wind.
- Step 4: Install the Tarp Cover. Carefully drape the 240g PE tarp over the assembled frame. Ensure the zippered door and vent are correctly oriented.
- Step 5: Fasten the Cover. Use the bungee balls and roller shutter buckles to secure the tarp to the frame. Ensure the cover is taut to prevent water pooling and wind damage.

- Shed is unstable or sways in wind:
- Ensure all frame poles are fully inserted into connectors and all ground pegs are securely anchored. Verify the shed is on a level surface. Consider adding additional anchoring if in a particularly windy area.
- Water pooling on the roof:
- Check that the tarp is installed tautly and evenly over the frame. Adjust bungee balls and buckles to eliminate slack. Ensure the frame is correctly assembled and not sagging.
- Condensation inside the shed:
- Ensure the double-layer mesh vent is open and clear of obstructions to allow for proper airflow. Condensation can occur due to temperature differences; adequate ventilation helps mitigate this.
- Zipper is difficult to operate:
- Clean the zipper teeth and apply a silicone-based lubricant if necessary. Ensure the tarp is not overly stretched, which can put tension on the zipper.
